Laurence M. Cafritz, CR, President and Owner of Laurence Cafritz Builders and Legend Construction, Inc., was raised in Bethesda, MD and is a third generation Washingtonian.

A graduate of Sidwell Friends School and Lafayette College (BS Civil Engineering, Cum Laude and Honors), Larry has over 25 years experience building and remodeling hundreds of homes throughout our region.
