Laurence M. Cafritz, CR, is Chairman of the Custom Builders Council of the Maryland - National Capital Building Industry Association (MNCBIA), a member of the National Association of Home Builders, and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI – National Capital Chapter).

He has also earned his Certified Remodeler (CR) designation from NARI’s Certification Board by fulfilling the requisites concerning ethical standards of business practice and competency in the performance of remodeling projects.
